It simply requires that you fill out our Event Listing form in as much detail as possible to get the most accurate bids by our database of vendors possible. The more information you provide, the more bids you'll likely get and the more you'll be happy with the level of service each vendor will provide.

Q. When and how will I be notified of bids on my event?

A: Every potential client listing will have a time window under which bids can be accepted. All bids must come to a close at least a month prior to any event. After the time period you list expires, we will send all of the results (each vendor will be double checked to ensure availability hasn't changed), to your email so that you can select which vendor suits your needs best.
