You can now pay for your product rentals via credit card. Contacting us to verify that the item is not already out for rent is an essential first step. Step 2 will be our linking you to our secure payment site.

A 2.9% + $0.55 fee will be applied to payments made through our PayPal payment method

Rules to Be Aware of...

• Rentals done outside of events that Equinox Sound has been hired to entertain at will be assessed an associate fee which covers the cost of having an Equinox Sound rep on hand to look after the care of our gear.

• We do not permit unsupervised equipment rentals such as speakers, karaoke players and projectors to clients who are using their own DJ or technician. Sorry folks, but we cannot risk damage or theft of any equipment.

• A credit card deposit number will be taken at the time of rental in case of damages to equipment and will be discarded when the gear is returned to Equinox Sound safely.

• We do not rent out music libraries to those who do not have the proper licensing and insurance to play music at events. (another reason we require payment to cover the cost of an Equinox Sound associate.)

• Damages to rentals are subject to the full replacement cost of the equipment by the renting party if that damage is cause by the renting party or a guest of the renting party's event.
